Where is your production located?
The entire design and engineering cycle takes place in our research lab in Krasnodar, Russia.
We manufacture a portion of our collections in-house, while the rest is produced at partner factories under our strict supervision.
What does the RPG rarity system mean?
This is a system of categorizing our products by complexity and uniqueness, inspired by video game mechanics.
Items are assigned a specific class (from basic to exclusive) that determines the complexity of the cut, the materials used, and the production limit.
The higher the rarity tier, the more complex and unique the garment becomes.
- Base: The foundational tier. Proven materials and fit, larger production runs, and an accessible price point.
- Rare: Distinctive materials, complex construction, and unique prints, featuring limited runs and a mid-tier price point.
- Epic: Premium rarity. Exclusive materials, advanced cut and print designs, modular capabilities, and strictly limited production.
- Collab: Exclusive, one-off joint drops with artists and brands.
- Legend: Luxury rarity. One-of-a-kind, made-to-order pieces blurring the line between fashion, technology, and art.
What drives our pricing?
Our pricing reflects the true value and complexity of the product. It is driven by five key factors:
- Tech materials: We are uncompromising when sourcing fabrics. Depending on the rarity tier, we select the benchmark solution in its category, balancing function, comfort, and aesthetics.
- Premium hardware: YKK zippers, Fidlock magnetic buckles, Korean Woojin Plastic hardware, TPU ziplocks for fabrics, and more.
- Custom tailoring: Meticulously engineered and tested pattern designs developed in our research lab.
- Print design: Our proprietary visual language and meaningful graphics integrated into the garments.
- Limited production: We do not engage in mass manufacturing, which ensures the exclusivity of every piece.
What does "modular clothing" mean?
This is our flagship concept, available in the Epic and Legend rarity tiers.
Select garments (modules) feature detachable and interchangeable parts (plugins) that can be purchased separately.
Attention! These features may only be accessible for high-level accounts.
What are "modules", "plugins", and "methods"?
These are terms from our brand universe:
- Module — any core InSystemOut garment (jacket, pants, t-shirt).
- Plugin — a detachable element for customization (sleeve, hood, pocket).
- Method — a set of design rules that define the aesthetic. Our primary methods are Cyberflex (urban cyberpunk) and Neoriental (eastern futurism).
How to choose the right size?
The most reliable way is to take a similar item from your wardrobe that fits well, measure it, and compare it with the measurements in our size chart on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other secure international payment methods.
What is the difference between a pre-order and a custom order?
A pre-order guarantees your reservation of an item from an upcoming limited drop before its official release.
A custom order is the individual tailoring of unique garments specifically for you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, up until it is handed over to the courier service. To do this, please contact our support team with your order number.
Please note that this does not apply to custom orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
For certain international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated and provided to you after the order is placed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with detailed delivery estimates.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What are "Access Level," "EXP," and "Cheat Codes"?
We have ported video game mechanics into reality, creating a unique loyalty and brand interaction system:
- Access Level: Your status (rank) within the InSystemOut ecosystem.
A higher rank unlocks:
Access to rare items unavailable to others
Early intel on upcoming drops
A permanent personal discount
- EXP (Experience): Points earned through purchases and activity. Accumulated EXP upgrades your Access Level.
- Cheat code: Secret promo codes hidden in our content, socials, or rewarded for special achievements.
Cheat codes activate hidden perks: a discount, free shipping, or bonus loot with your order.
