We are building InSystemOut as a living system — a brand, a lab and a tool that helps humans be smarter, more flexible and better looking in the real world.
To do this, we need people, not “resources”: those who are ready to think with us beyond a single drop.

· fashion / apparel designers (modular systems, techwear, sci-fi aesthetics);
· pattern makers and garment technologists.
Visual & media
· graphic designers;
· photographers, videographers, directors and editors;
· motion designers;
· copywriters / storytellers who can work with neural networks, ideas and brand mythology.
Digital & product
· product designers (UX/UI) and web developers;
· e-commerce and analytics specialists;
· developers of internal tools, integrations and automation.
Operations & production
· product managers (production, quality control, timelines).
Production partners
· sewing studios and workshops ready to work with small batches and complex constructions;
· experimental labs focused on fabrics, trims and hardware.

· readiness to work in drops, iterations and on a long horizon.
The work format is negotiable: project-based, partnership, part-time or full involvement. Location is not critical — quality and communication are.
